DAVID L. ROSS

Dave Ross has over thirty-five years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and public works construction projects and business operations. Mr. Ross attended Stanford University between 1973 and 1977 and is a Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley in various subjects related to construction business operations and claims.

From 1977 to 2002 Mr. Ross worked as a Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Operations VP and CEO for a mid-sized commercial and residential construction firm. From 1992 Mr. Ross was the firm’s General Contractor license qualifier in the states of California, Oregon and Washington and currently holds a personal California General Contractor’s License.

Mr. Ross has testified as a designated construction expert on numerous occasions. He holds a Certificate in Civil Mediation from the National Judicial College (University of Nevada, Reno) and has assisted his clients in resolving claims in a variety of dispute resolution and litigation forums. He has consulted for owners, contractors, insurance companies, design firms, construction industry specialists, and law firms in a wide range of construction-related claims.

Mr. Ross continues to provide expert witness testimony and consulting services in construction management, estimating, delay analysis, claims preparation/defense, litigation support, and owner's representation.

Principal Consultant. In 2001 Mr. Ross began providing construction consulting services with Sol Kutner Associates. On January 1, 2006, Sol Kutner Associates became Kutner-Ross Associates. Mr. Ross provided expert consulting services and expert witness testimony in construction management, estimating, delay analysis, claims preparation/defense, litigation support, and owner's representation.
