Owner of PCS. PCS provides Scheduling, Estimating and Project Management Services to General Contractors, School Districts , Hospitals and Architects. PCS has prepared numerous schedules on Schools, Colleges, Aquatic Facilities, Theatres & Transit Facilities. PCS has also prepared several estimates for UCSF, DES Architects and the Sequoia School District.


Ralph Larsen & Son, Burlingame CA. (1995 - 2003)

Primary duties included Project Management, Estimating & Scheduling of public works and private projects. Directly responsible for preparing estimates (Including concrete and framing take off and pricing) and closing the bids on bid day. Handled contract start up, project planning and scheduling, contract administration including change orders and final close out. Managed numerous projects including new schools, school remodel, theater reconstruction, new laboratories, hospital remodel and seismic upgrade. Projects ranged in value from $1 to $10 Million.

For the last 2 years directly responsible as company representative in a Major Law suit. The work involved the coordination of all issues through Legal Council, Claims Consultants, Subcontractors & all other parties involved in the suit. It also included claims preparation, critical path scheduling, delay analysis, cost analysis and the preparation of all supporting documents.

In trial I testified and presented our claim. We were successful and received satisfactory compensation.


Morse Diesel International, San Francisco , CA (1993-1995)

Project Manager-Directly responsible for the construction of a $33 Million Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) parking structure (1,400 Cars), train storage facility and bridges. At the beginning of the project we accelerated and met all 7 contractual milestones. With over 30 subcontractors and up to 120 workmen on the project, we maintained a safe jobsite with no major accidents and no lost time injuries. BART issued a commendation for the project.


Kajima International, Foster City , CA (1990-1993)

Duties included Project management, conceptual estimating, preconstruction services, hard bid estimating and marketing on projects throughout Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii.

Projects included Hotel remodels (Ritz and ANA in San Francisco), new office buildings, Electron Microscope assembly facilities, remodel of existing buildings in San Francisco , Hazardous chemical storage facilities. Projects ranged in value from $2 to $60 Million.


Continental Heller, Sacramento/Redwood City CA. (1987-1990)

Project Manager for last 30% of San Jose International Airport. $33 Million. Reviewed Schedules and Accelerated to meet contractual milestones. Supervised superintendents, project engineers and office staff. Handled change orders and subcontractor final account. Eliminated liquidated damages and minimized exposure.

Other projects included Siemens Medical Laboratory $12 M and a large excavation and shoring project in Mountain View $0.6M. Also responsible for estimating on several projects including jails, court houses and public works projects and large residential complexes.

Senior Estimator - Prepared estimates on projects up to $50 Million. Projects included military facilities, hotels, parking structures, airports, jails, public transportation systems and museums.
