DAVID L. ROSS

David Ross has over thirty years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and public works construction projects and business operations. Mr. Ross attended Stanford University between 1973 and 1977 and is a Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley in various subjects related to construction business operations and claims.

From 1977 to 2002 Mr. Ross worked as a Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Operations VP and CEO for mid-sized commercial and residential construction concerns. During that period Mr. Ross was licensed as a General Contractor in the states of California, Oregon and Washington and currently holds a California General Contractor’s License.

Mr. Ross has testified as a designated construction expert on numerous occasions. He holds a Certificate in Civil Mediation from the National Judicial College (University of Nevada, Reno) and has assisted Kutner-Ross Associates’ clients in resolving claims in a variety of dispute resolution and litigation forums. He has consulted for owners, contractors, insurance companies, design firms, construction industry specialists, and law firms in a wide range of construction-related claims.

In 2011, Mr. Ross launched David Ross Associates LLC, as the successor company to Kutner-Ross Associates. He continues providing expert consulting services, expert witness testimony, construction management, estimating, claims preparation, litigation support, and owner's representation.

In 2001 Mr. Ross began providing construction consulting services with Sol Kutner Associates. On January 1, 2006, Sol Kutner Associates became Kutner-Ross Associates. Mr. Ross provides expert consulting services, expert witness testimony, construction management, estimating, claims preparation, litigation support, and owner's representation.
